Bathing Beach Permit

You must have a permit to operate a bathing beach. The permit must be renewed annually.

Fees

The fee for a new permit is $595.

The annual renewal fee is $245.

Expiration Date

The permit expires after 1 year. 

You can download or request a permit application. It includes forms and information about requirements.

Licensing appointments are available in hardship cases (physical disabilities or other impairments) that require an in-person visit.

Renew Online

You can renew through the 做厙TV Health Department’s license and permit portal. You need to have an account and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Renew by Mail

Several weeks before your permit expires, the 做厙TV Health Department will mail you a renewal package. Follow the directions on the renewal notice to renew by mail.
