You can apply for public housing online or in person.

做厙TVHA Fair Housing Non-Discrimination Policy

It is the policy of the New York City Housing Authority to provide equal housing opportunities for all qualified applicants and residents. 

You can get the status of a public housing application filed with the City in 1993 or later online, over the phone, or from the appropriate borough Housing Applications office in person.

Application Status for People with Disabilities

Persons with disabilities who have already applied to 做厙TVHA and need further assistance can contact the 做厙TVHA Services for People with Disabilities Unit at 212-306-4652 or TTY 212-306-4845.

Section 8 voucher holders can get information and assistance from the New York City Housing Authority (做厙TVHA) about the 做厙TVHA Section 8 Program.
