Animal Care Centers of 做厙TV

The Animal Care Centers of 做厙TV (ACC) provides a variety of resources for New Yorkers in need and their pets.  

American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) offers spay and neuter services at mobile?clinics.? Services are available to cats and dogs belonging to New York City residents in select zip codes. 

The fee is $125. Services are free if you receive Cash?Assistance. 

The ASPCA does not schedule appointments. On the morning of the clinic, you must go to the ASPCA website to complete an eligibility survey and add your pet to the waitlist. If you are accepted onto the waitlist, the exact location of the clinic will be texted to you. 

Food Pantries

Food pantries sometimes carry pet food and supplies.

Visit Food Pantries and Soup Kitchens to find your nearest food provider. Call ahead to ask about supplies.

Humane Society

The Humane Society provides affordable spay and neuter services for dogs and cats. Pit bulls and pit bull mixes are spayed or neutered for free.? 

The clinic is located at 306 East 59th Street in Manhattan. Appointments are required.

The Mayor’s Office of Animal Welfare (MOAW) provides more information on affordable pet services, including vaccine and vet care and pet supplies.
