Behavioral health care including medication management, individual and group therapy
Life skills and pro-social development
Vocational and academic support
Social services support
Connections to primary care and reproductive care
The?program’s?multidisciplinary treatment team?includes?a?social worker, psychiatrist, nurse, youth peer, and family advocate.
